These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of this website and the information, documents, downloads, forms, communication tools, and other materials made available through it (collectively, the “Website”). The Website is operated by Anhui Huaxia Machine Manufacturing Co., Ltd., trading as Huaxia Machine Tool (“Huaxia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Website on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

These Terms apply only to use of the Website. A signed sales contract, technical agreement, order confirmation, pro forma invoice, warranty document, nondisclosure agreement, distributor agreement, or other written agreement between you and Huaxia may contain separate terms. Where such an agreement conflicts with these Terms, the specifically negotiated written agreement controls for that transaction.

Business and Professional Use

The Website is primarily intended for business-to-business users involved in metal fabrication, machinery procurement, engineering, production management, distribution, maintenance, training, logistics, and related professional activities. It provides information about press brakes, shearing machines, hydraulic and power presses, laser cutting systems, ironworkers, plate-processing equipment, automation solutions, tooling, moulds, blades, spare parts, technical documents, and related services.

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. The Website is not directed to children and must not be used by anyone who lacks legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Product Information and Specifications

Product pages, photographs, renderings, videos, specifications, controller options, axis configurations, machine capacities, dimensions, weights, electrical information, production examples, performance descriptions, accessories, certificates, and other Website content are provided for general product evaluation and communication.

Huaxia manufactures standard and customized machinery. Actual configuration may vary according to tonnage, working length, material, tooling, controller, axis selection, local voltage, safety requirements, destination-market standards, component availability, technical improvement, and the final agreement with the customer. Images may show optional equipment or a configuration different from the machine offered to you.

Website content is not a guaranteed specification, performance commitment, or contractual promise unless it is expressly incorporated into a written document issued or confirmed by an authorized Huaxia representative. The final signed quotation, technical agreement, contract, and approved drawings determine the equipment supplied.

Quotations, Orders, and Contracts

Submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, uploading a drawing, or discussing a project through the Website does not create a purchase contract or require Huaxia to accept an order. Website buttons such as “Get Quote,” “Quote Now,” “Contact,” or similar calls to action are invitations to begin a business discussion.

Prices, estimated lead times, freight estimates, configuration recommendations, and preliminary technical proposals may depend on information supplied by the customer and may be revised after engineering review, sample testing, component confirmation, or changes in scope. Taxes, duties, customs fees, installation costs, civil works, local certification, and other destination costs are excluded unless the relevant commercial document expressly states otherwise.

An order becomes binding only through the written acceptance method stated in the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice, order confirmation, or contract and after any required deposit or other condition has been satisfied. No employee, distributor, or agent may alter a written agreement unless authorized to do so and the change is documented in writing.

Machine Selection and Technical Guidance

Machine-selection suggestions and preliminary calculations are based on the information available at the time. Correct selection may depend on material grade and tensile strength, thickness, bend length, opening, flange size, bend radius, tooling, production quantity, process sequence, accuracy requirement, workpiece geometry, environmental conditions, and applicable standards.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate requirements and for reviewing technical proposals before ordering. Huaxia may recommend sample testing, process verification, additional tooling, a higher-capacity machine, or another configuration where the supplied information is incomplete or the application presents unusual risk.

Website calculators, comparison guides, articles, FAQs, and technical messages are decision-support materials only. They do not replace a project-specific engineering review, approved drawing, tooling analysis, material test, or written technical agreement.

Machine Safety and Local Compliance

Industrial machinery can cause serious injury, death, property damage, and production loss if transported, installed, operated, adjusted, maintained, or repaired incorrectly. Equipment must be handled only by trained and authorized personnel in accordance with the machine manual, warning labels, safety procedures, lockout and energy-isolation requirements, and applicable laws and standards.

Website content is not a substitute for a workplace risk assessment, operator training, machine-specific instructions, guarding review, foundation design, electrical design, lifting plan, or local regulatory assessment. Never bypass, remove, alter, or defeat guards, interlocks, emergency stops, light curtains, laser protection devices, two-hand controls, safety PLC functions, or other protective measures.

Unless a signed contract expressly assigns a responsibility to Huaxia, the purchaser or operator is responsible for confirming local requirements concerning import, certification, electrical supply, grounding, guarding, workplace layout, foundations, ventilation, fire prevention, operator licensing, environmental controls, and safe integration with upstream or downstream equipment.

Downloads, Manuals, and Digital Materials

Catalogs, brochures, manuals, parameter documents, drawings, wiring diagrams, software-related files, videos, and other downloads are provided for product evaluation, installation, operation, maintenance, training, or support. Documents may be revised without notice and may apply only to a particular model, controller, configuration, serial number, or production date.

Before relying on a document, verify its title, revision, language, machine model, serial number, controller, and configuration. Where a Website file conflicts with a machine-specific document supplied with the equipment or a later document issued by Huaxia, the machine-specific or later document controls.

You may download and reproduce materials only for legitimate internal business evaluation or for the permitted use and maintenance of Huaxia equipment. You may not resell, publish, translate for commercial distribution, remove ownership notices, create competing documentation, or distribute substantial portions of the materials without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property

The Website and its content—including text, photographs, videos, illustrations, renderings, layouts, logos, trademarks, product names, machine appearance, drawings, diagrams, manuals, catalogs, software interfaces, downloadable files, and databases—are owned by Huaxia or used under authorization and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Huaxia grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Website for legitimate business evaluation and communication. No ownership right or license is granted except as expressly stated. “Huaxia,” “Huaxia Machine Tool,” associated logos, and product identifiers may not be used in a way that suggests authorization, dealership, sponsorship, or affiliation without written permission.

Drawings, Files, and Other Submissions

You retain your rights in drawings, workpiece files, photographs, videos, specifications, messages, and other materials you submit. You grant Huaxia and the service providers involved in your request a non-exclusive right to store, copy, review, translate, and use those materials as reasonably necessary to evaluate the project, prepare a quotation, design or manufacture equipment, provide service, maintain records, and comply with law.

You represent that you have the authority to submit the materials and that our permitted use will not violate another party’s rights, confidentiality obligations, export restrictions, or law. Do not send files containing malware, unauthorized personal data, state secrets, controlled technical data, or information you are not permitted to disclose.

Ordinary Website forms, email, and messaging services are not intended to replace a signed nondisclosure agreement. Where confidentiality is important, clearly identify the material and arrange appropriate written protections before sending sensitive drawings or production information.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Website to:

• Violate any law, regulation, sanction, export-control rule, court order, contractual duty, or third-party right
• Submit false identities, misleading company information, fraudulent inquiries, or unauthorized purchase requests
• Upload malware, harmful code, corrupted files, or content intended to disrupt the Website or another system

Standard search-engine indexing and normal browser use are not prohibited, provided they do not damage the Website, bypass access controls, or reproduce protected content beyond what is permitted by law.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may contain links to or integrations with WhatsApp, video platforms, maps, social networks, analytics providers, advertising services, payment institutions, logistics services, exhibition websites, distributors, component manufacturers, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.

A link or reference does not mean that Huaxia controls or guarantees the third party. You are responsible for reviewing third-party terms before using those services or providing information to them. Huaxia is not responsible for independent third-party content, availability, security, acts, or omissions, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and Electronic Communications

Our processing of personal information through the Website is described in the Privacy Policy. By submitting a form or contacting us, you agree that we may respond through the contact channels you provide, including email, telephone, or WhatsApp, for the inquiry, quotation, order, support request, or other business purpose involved.

Electronic communications may be delayed, intercepted, misdirected, altered, or affected by technical problems. Confirm urgent commercial instructions, bank-account details, specification changes, and contract amendments through an authorized Huaxia contact and the verification procedure appropriate to the transaction.

Website Availability and Security

We may maintain, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Website without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or that every file will remain available. Maintenance, hosting failures, network conditions, cyber incidents, legal requirements, and events beyond reasonable control may affect access.

You are responsible for using current browser and security software, protecting your devices and accounts, verifying downloaded files, and maintaining backups of information important to your business. Notify us promptly if you become aware of suspected misuse of the Website or fraudulent communications claiming to come from Huaxia.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that Website content is complete, error-free, current for every configuration, suitable for every application, or available without interruption. General Website information must be verified through the applicable quotation, technical agreement, contract, approved drawing, manual, or written confirmation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes an express warranty stated in a signed agreement or any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Warranties and remedies concerning machinery, components, installation, service, or spare parts are governed by the applicable sales contract, warranty document, and mandatory law—not by general Website content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Huaxia and its directors, employees, and Website service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising solely from use of or inability to use the Website, including loss of profit, production, data, opportunity, reputation, or anticipated savings.

Claims relating to equipment, delivery, installation, warranty, service, or a commercial transaction are governed by the applicable written agreement and law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury caused by legally actionable conduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Responsibility for Breach

You are responsible for losses, claims, and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of the Website, infringement of another party’s rights, unauthorized submission of confidential or controlled information, introduction of malicious code, impersonation, or material breach of these Terms. This section does not require you to compensate Huaxia for losses caused by Huaxia’s own legally actionable conduct.

Suspension and Termination

Huaxia may restrict or terminate access to the Website where reasonably necessary to protect security, comply with law, investigate misuse, prevent harm, enforce these Terms, or discontinue a service. Provisions concerning intellectual property, submitted materials, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other matters that by their nature should continue will survive termination.

Governing Law and Disputes

Unless a signed written agreement applicable to the dispute provides otherwise, these Terms and disputes arising from Website use are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith communication. If it cannot be resolved, and unless mandatory law or a signed agreement requires another forum, the dispute shall be submitted to a competent People’s Court at Huaxia’s domicile in Maanshan, Anhui, China.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Website, products, business practices, security requirements, or law. The “Last Updated” date identifies the current version. Changes apply from publication unless another effective date is stated. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms govern later Website use, subject to any consent required by law.
