HX Essential
For simple bends and smaller batches, prioritize required force, usable length, straightforward controls and suitable punches and dies. Confirm the basic machine specification and setup workflow before adding options.
HX Basic
For routine fabrication, compare backgauge positioning, control usability, front supports and tool changes. Match the standard setup to the daily part range and available operator skills.
HX Workhorse
For repeated production, review the complete cycle: part handling, positioning, bending, unloading and batch changes. Select axis configuration and tooling to reduce repeated setup work.
HX Precision
For more complex parts, evaluate independent ram control, backgauge axes, crowning and the part programming workflow. Confirm the required angle and flange tolerances through application review.
HX Flagship
For demanding production, discuss advanced graphical programming, multi-axis backgauge, clamping, angle measurement and automation interfaces. These are selectable project options, with the final scope defined in the quotation.
Control and Axis Options
| Controller | Delem, Cybelec, ESA and Estun controller families appear in the supplied technical materials. Confirm the exact model and supported functions in the quotation. |
|---|---|
| Ram control | Electro-hydraulic CNC configurations coordinate Y1 and Y2 motion. Choose the machine architecture against accuracy and production needs. |
| Backgauge | Review X, R, Z and additional independent axes as required by flange geometry and positioning. Axis counts depend on the selected package. |
| Crowning | Mechanical or motorized compensation helps manage deflection over the bend length. Confirm the selected system. |
| Tooling and clamps | Match punch/die geometry, segment lengths and clamping interface. Quick, pneumatic and hydraulic clamping options require compatibility checks. |
| Safety and handling | Review guarding, light protection, front support and optional sheet handling around the application. |
