Inspection Planning
Agree the ordered configuration, inspection scope and application acceptance criteria in the technical agreement. Review operational checks, safety functions and representative part requirements before delivery.
Frame and Structural Review
Review the selected frame design, preparation process, machining interfaces and checks applicable to the machine. Request the inspection information specified for your project.
Component Verification
Verify the controller, hydraulic, electrical, drive, backgauge and tooling components against the agreed configuration list. Match replacement parts by machine serial number and component nameplate.
